This thing is spectacular. Easy to set up and shape. It looks wonderful. It isn't really 6.5ft when you shape the plant. More like 5'10", but I expected that and it's fine. Flimsy plastic pot had a cracked edge, but that's fine. What matters is that it looks beautifull. Super realistic. You can arrange it just like you want. I'm going to find a nice pot to put it in. Highly highly recommend.

Bought this for Palm Sunday/Easter Sunday services at my church. I was nervous purchasing a fake plant online as sometimes they look super fake. But this tree was incredibly realistic. So many people commented on the gorgeous palm tree on the stage and I had to laugh knowing it was artificial. It was really easy to set up, is lightweight, and just generally looks fantastic. I plan on purchasing a few more!

The tree is lovely except that one of the fonts was broken off. After deciding to return it for a replacement I realized the packing box was left out in the rain and unusable again. I positioned the broken fond in the back, so now I am stuck with the tree. It really is a nice full tree and except for one glitch, I like it.

This plant adds just the pizzaz I needed for a corner in my living room. I added an accent light behind the plant to enhance it.

I am very disappointed by this purchase. I bought this tree previously, about 6 years ago, and it looked exactly like the picture and it was a great fake tree. I bought it again, thinking there would be no difference because the product should be identical, but it’s not. As you can see in the picture it really doesn’t look like picture that is advertised. There are not as many leaves as pictured, and a lot more empty space. The leaves were very bent in the box as well and difficult to fix. If this company is going to cut corners and give less, they should update the picture to set a realistic expectation of what it is going to look like. I’ll be returning this.

The trunk of the tree is green not brown like in pic and it's not very full. Amazon pic shows it full of leaves but the plant is sparse with no leave fronds in the middle leaving a hole of just stem. Not to my liking.

I purchased two of these. One came without the insert to give the plant the required height and volume. I immediately went online to do a return. The company provided me with a return label (at no cost), and I also had the option to order a replacement. The return and replacement process was so seamless and efficient and I got the replacement within a week!! The plant is as described... NEARLY NATURAL and beautiful. Everyone that comes over asks if it's natural. The plants are full and greatly enhance the ambiance of my dining room. I highly recommend this product. Five stars all around!

I was nervous purchasing this palm considering the amount of bad reviews about artificially trees out there and the cost, but as we travel too much to allow real plants to survive I decided to take a chance and trust the majority of reviews that this was the least risky. It came in two days as promised and I've attached photos for you to see how it was packaged and the stages in setting it up. It probably took me about 5-10mins, you can easily shape the branches the way you want and there were very few leaves that were creased from the box. Looks pretty good! And paired next to my other real plant it looks quite believable! Of course you can tell it's fake if you walk up to it, but I wouldn't say it was bad/an eye sore! I've put it in a clean white pot and placed some moss over the top to give it a nice finishing. Worth the price. Really happy with the palm!

Se ve hermosa !! Yo la puse sobre una maceta decorativa que compré aparte. Pero el tamaño está perfecto, luce muy natural y bonita

A veces olvido que no es natural. Me gusta como se ve y tiene buen tamaño. Sin embargo, el empaque en el que viene no está bien protegido; la maceta de plástico venía quebrada, aunque por su tipo se entiende que está diseñado para que se ponga dentro de otra maceta más vistosa. Uno de los tallos hay que ensamblarlo para que quede más alto pero es algo sencillo, el detalle es que por la falta de un buen empaque, ese tallo de la base estaba flojo y se iba de lado, tuve que insertar algunas maderitas en la base de hielo seco alrededor del tallo para afianzarlo.
