Really, I only use it for my personal carry, but overall, it's pretty good. Being able to easily fit it to one of my sidearms makes it much easier than using a hip holster, and so far, it doesn't really seem to matter what kind is put in it, given its adjustability. It's also remarkably effective for concealment. The only thing that gets a little bit annoying is the elastic centerpiece that goes between the shoulders.
