Wife wanted lights up- but since suffering spinal injury- I cannot do it. After looking at solutions for her to do it- these clips and the additional tool made it easy for her to apply the lights to the fascia board - all from the ground! Bit of a learning curve to get the coordination of pressing on and releasing on taller spots. We broke 3 on the entire run- VERY HAPPY WIFE. Telescoping applicator rod and these clips are EXCELLENT!!!

These and the pole came after christmas but in time for when we took down our lights. So we took them down and put them back up with these setup and they worked real nice. Of course they were up there but a day so I don't know how well they would stay up for a month and if wind came would it blow them off? We don't know. But they do go up easy and come down easy. Hubby broke 2 clips when he started as he had them in the pole wrong I think. Glad I ordered the extra pack of clips Would I buy again? Yes, if it stays true to what we know

These things are a game changer

We've been using these for about 2 years now for various holidays. We use them to hang anything from garlands to icicle lights. It's nice to have multiple mounting options too. These work pretty well, but sometimes hanging the heavier lights with the pole doesn't go as planned. They hold up pretty well, but over the course of 2 years we've probably had about 15% of them break, though only when hanging from a 2x rafter.

These light clips are hard to find. I have been using them for some time and these are a great convenience for placing lights on the gutters for Christmas. I am thankful that I can still get these. I have a special painter's extendable pole, that will reach 26 feet up. (104 year old house) It takes practice but is doable. When it is time to remove the lights, (this is the best part) It is a snap with a threaded paint roller handle I modified into a hook. Just reach up with this pole & hook, and catch the gutter clip, and push up. Bam!!! off comes the clip with the lights. No ladder is necessary. Awesome!!

This is my second Christmas light installation system that enables clipping the lights onto the roof facing from the ground. This system uses a custom pole that releases the clip with the press of a button. I have not climbed up on a ladder to install our light for many years now. Safe and easy to install

We have a new house with a couple of eaves and we didn’t want to have to climb the ladder. There were reviews that were concerned about quality but the clips were very thick and nicer quality than what’s in the stores. The pole takes a few efforts of trial and error. Worked best when attaching to eaves. Still was easier to just use a tall step ladder for lower gutters. Definitely saved time and stress not having to use the ladder for the tall sections. Husband was suspicious but loved it by the end.
