Close to Ringwirst
Delicious. I have tried to find Ringwurst for a while now without having to buy a huge lot for shipment. This is it. Very fine grind, excellent consistency, properly mild flavoring. Will be ordering more soon, this time for fleischsalat. Many thanks to the makers of this well made bologna.

Not as good as it seems. Put it in the trash.
Each package I received was only 1.14 pounds NOT approximately 1.4 pounds as advertised. All four packages arrived in one very warm basic non-insulated, non-cooled box. Not good for food safety compliance regulations! Taste was moderate to mild and not very impressive. Was afraid to try more than one bite! Need at least 12 more pounds. Will try other brands next time. When I contacted supplier they told me warm packages for a couple of days was okay. I put it in the trash!

Best Ring Bologna!
I grew up eating ring bologna and have not had it for many years. It is not available in the grocery stores or meat markets in my area. I placed an order pretty dang quick when I found this on Amazon. This ring bologna is just as I remembered. It is delicious. One package provided dinner and lunch meals. The shipping is prompt. The packaging is great. All in all, everything is just GREAT!

Edible but...
I expected it to be more flavorful... consistency was ok but frankly the garlic bologna I can get at my local store has better flavor...

Love these Viennese bologna rings
I’m not a meat eater. Alex’s Viennese bologna rings are the only ones I do enjoy. Last ordered from Amazon in 2024. You can get these in CA European Markets. Way too expensive now, prices have over doubled. Don’t think I’ll order again for $15.99, way too expensive
