Meat Grinder and Sausage Stuffer Set 5KSMMGA

I looked at some of the alternatives when I initially saw the price, but after deliberating for a couple of weeks decided to bit the bullet and I’m glad I did. The set comes beautifully packaged and, for now, bits of it will have to live in the box. All of the metal parts are very well made and feel robust and up to the job. The grinding discs are steel and again, feel premium. There are also 3 grinding discs covering coarse grinding through to breadcrumb making. As others have pointed out, the metal pieces cannot be put in the dishwasher and there are warnings about this in the box and the manual. However, they provide a decent brush that makes it an easy job. Initially I’m using this for mincing and it does a wonderful job. For beef and lamb I’m doing a double grind and it works a treat, whilst turkey and chicken only require a single grind. I’m working up to making sausages, particularly some Boerewors, but not tried the sausage tubes yet. I 3D printed a case for the grinding discs (see photo) to stop them getting knocked about and it would be good if something like this came with the set just to protect the discs. As for the rest of it, yes it does take up a fair bit of space, but it’s well worth it. It’s not cheap but, in this case, you get what you pay for.

A well presented, quality item, that does the job of grinding things up. We use ours to make our dogs healthy meals as it works out cheaper than normal canned stuff if you get the meat from a large warehouse provider. Easy to clean up, although not dishwasher safe, so dont be tempted to shove this in with the dishes. A variety of discs gives different grind sizes and the provision of "sausage stuffers" is welcomed, although we have yet to try that feature.

As you might expect from a genuine Kitchen Aid accessory - great quality product which is easy to use and keep clean.

This mincer is so easy to use. It works beautifully. Is easy to clean, comes with a great cleaning brush. Is well manufactured and all edges and surfaces are finished to a high standard. The storage box is surprisingly good too. So pleased already with this product! Highly recommended if you have a KitchenAid mixer.

Otro buen accesorio de esta marca. Dudaba si comprar la versión en plástico pero al final me decidí por la de acero inoxidable por su durabilidad, ausencia de olores o marchas y por que se puede enfriar consiguiendo picar mejor la carne. Vi unas cuantas reseñas y videos y al final para picar la carne cuanto más fría esté mejor. En su primer uso me pasé de enfriar la carne y partes estaban casi congeladas y pensé que no iba a poder picarlas, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, consiguió un picado excelente sin esfuerzo. Se desmonta completamente para una limpieza sencilla. Todos los accesorios metálicos NO son aptos para lavavajillas y hay que sacarlos muy bien. El cepillo de limpieza que viene es muy útil para esta labor. Es un producto que recomiendo 100% si quieres picar tu carne en casa en el momento, hacer hamburguesas sabiendo lo que llevan dentro. No lo he probado pero pone que también es válido para pan, queso y verduras... será cuestión de probar. También incluye los accesorios de embutir salchichas pero no los he usado.

Acquistato il 3 dicembre 2025 arrivato 11 dicembre 2025 per regalo natale alla mia signora il 28 dicembre 2025 e 3 gennaio 2026 provato per con carne di pollo ,vitellone e maiale il tritacarne KitchenAid per ora posso essere soddisfatto e do 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 si vede che e prodotto originale darò conferma più avanti positiva o negativa ,vedremo dopo l'uso prolungato.Per la pulizia a mano ci si impiega 5 minuti dunque eviteró la lavastoviglie visto che piatti e bicchieri col tempo li consuma ,per ora grazie AMAZON e KitchenAid ,giovanni e Susi

Excellent option if you want to do your own grinded meat or sausages, it is easier to use than expected and easier to clean as well. Excellent add-on to use more the kitchen aid also for salty food.
