Really not what I expected.

A really lovely book that not only includes stunning photography but also captivating stories about the winemakers and industry here in Oregon. I bought it for its beauty but have really enjoyed the stories and the behind the scenes information. It's a beautiful gift to give and a must-have for your Oregon home.

Excellent photos with brief and well written text. A wonderful history and future of the Oregon Wine Industry. A must have for anyone wanting to feel the Wines of Oregon.

This book is not only pleasing to the eyes but also to the mind. Unlike many Photography books that have page after page of images, with the occasional caption, this book also includes interviews and comments from workers and owners of the mentioned vineyards. These interviews and comments add a new dimension to the book making it feel more personal. Even people that have no knowledge of vineyards, like myself, will gain an education about the Local Oregon Vineyard Businesses and at the same time be blown away by the amazing photography style of Janis Miglavs. This is a must have book.

This book is incredible for the photos alone. They are breath-taking! But, I was also totally drawn in by the interesting stories of the people who have created the vineyards and wineries of Oregon. I plan to give this as a gift to every wine-lover I kn
