**Q: What is the age for each color/lbs?**
A: I purchased a belt with blue cover, black nylon belt, actual cord is black. The ends are green nylon. I used it for high schoolers and age groupers. I wouldn’t use it for kids under 12 years old - I worry about shoulders. All in moderation.

**Q: What type of resistance belt should I get for my college distance swimming son who weighs about 185lbs?**

Nice stretchy bungee (longer than you may think), and comfy strap. We looped the bungee around a support and then attached the non-swimming end near the pool- this shortened the bungee to the appropriate length. We used a nice carabiner to fix the non-swimming side to itself after lopping around a pole. A both Heath Robinson, but it works well.
