Works great now and staff loves not having to hand label everything.

We use this price gun to price items and print dates for our prepared food items.Not too clear on the warranty. Amazon site says lifetime - "you break it we fix it" on the box it says 5 year warranty, which is it? I sent an email to [email protected] - no response.Still think the price gun is a great value though.

I like everything about this unit. Easy to load, readjust pricing and labeling.

After being aggravated by the cheaper guns this one is a dream come true.

I bought this label gun back in Apr 2022 so just over 2 years and when I was using it yesterday as how I usually use it the handle cracked. I contacted Perco’s customer service today because this pro model has a 5 year warranty, but I was told this is not covered under warranty because it’s considered as negligence. They said I could’ve dropped it that’s why it cracked, but the picture clearly shows that the crack is on the handle. If I dropped it then the crack should’ve been on its body. Meaning its material is not sturdy enough for multiple use. Plus this label gun is not cheap at all. I bought it for over $100 that only lasted for 2 years. I also just recently ordered refill roll of labels for it that won’t have any use anymore. What a waste of money. I’d rather buy something way cheaper at least I won’t expect it to last for very long.

Love the product. Changing the stickers is a little difficult and I feel that I waste more than I should because the instructions weren't great, however, once I got it, it makes sense. Overall happy.

The smooth action of pulling the trigger and the ease of turning the knob to change the pricing is just fine. The problem with this Perco Labeler, however, is the placement of the single line of characters. Possibly some of the rows were installed upside down/backwards? (is that possible?) We tried every position on the 8 rows across to find the '$' symbol...and it wasn't to be found! Also, some of characters are embossed black on black and are almost impossible to see unless you actually 'set the knob' and pull the trigger to find out what the label is printing. It makes complete sense to have all printable characters on a white backdrop! Not just some of the characters. PS...when reading the details about this product...it was said that this product was made in the USA. The labeler is inscribed with 'Made In Italy' with a Patent Pending. This could just be a 'lemon' labeler..so it is being sent back. We need something that is functional and easy to read!
