Review: Perfect set - These are one of my favorite kitchen staples- I use them every week. I love the mini loaf pan and mini muffin pan. You do NOT need to grease these at all. No matter what I make, they just pop right out- just push each one gently from the bottom and the muffin/cake/whatever comes out easily. I put this on a cookie sheet for support, fill, bake. Afterwards, I just pop it on the top rack of the diswasher and it cleans easily. One of our faves is making mini meat loaves with the loaf tray- perfect snack size. I let them cool just a few minutes, pop them out, and the left overs just go in a ziplock in the freezer. Can't say enough about how awesome these trays are!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How much liquid fits in the mini loaf pans (1c, 1/2c, etc)?**
A: rather than wait days, weeks, months to find the answer,  I took my set of measuring cups and found 1/3 cup fills them to the rim,  when I cooked mini loafs of banana-nut bread I used 1/4 cup and it rose very well.

**Q: Do all the molds have flat bottoms?  I don't want dome-shaped bottoms.**
A: Yep flat! They are great. My baked goods pop right out! I use them on a weekly basis and they wash easy and still have their shape. I've had then for prolly a year now!

**Q: How do you bake them in the oven? Dont they get burned ?**
A: The silicone pans do not burn at normal baking temperatures.  I have used them up to 400 degrees F. I believe the description states the maximum temperature is 446.   They are very flexible so put them on a cookie sheet before placing them in the oven.

**Q: are the silicone pans dishwasher safe?**
A: Yes, I have washed them in the dishwasher. They do seem thinner and flimsier than my other set.
