I would think so, if you purposefully pose it that way and figure out how to make it stay in that position. The bear is manufactured to maintain its displayed position, though. Great quality little bear.

It does stand on all fours, it's very soft, and Does not contain beans which is very nice. I hopes this answers all your concerns..!
