My least favorite thing about it is that after I'm done I pick it up to pout it back and as I go the put it in my pot rack the pans always folds on my fingers. There is no way to lack the handle extended so as soon as you angle the pan a bit where the metal part is inclined to move and swing closed, it does.Second smaller issue it that when you heat the pan enough to get char marks on the food, it also becomes a chore to clean. It's mostly nonstick, however when you char there are some well done bits that stick, and a soft sponge will not get them off. I had to use my scratch free rough side of my scrubby sponge.
