Core Power Elite High Protein Shake, Vanilla, 14 fl oz

I've been noticing that I get energy slumps a couple of times a day. One post breakfast (the time, not the brand of cereal) and one around lunchtime. Since I have exclusively a fresh salad for lunch I figure that I'm not getting much of a calorie boost for the afternoon. I don't want to add carbs since the boost will be followed by the crash and make things worse. A friend pointed out that there's not a ton of protein in these meals, and that might make a difference. So I tried initially a popular over-the-counter protein shake and (a) I rather liked the taste (to my slight surprise) and (b) it did seem to make a difference. After a little only search, I landed in the Fairlife brand which has a *lot* more protein for not much more calories. So I've switched to this brand and I have to say it's working well. I actually use about half a bottle as a "dessert" after the meal since I have noticed a strong urge for sugar post lunch (yeah, gummy bears, I'm looking at you). Taking a glug of this protein shake has pretty much eliminated that particular jones. So I can freely use my willpower elsewhere, though it wasn't working all that well anyway. So, strong recommendation for this brand--a little on the pricier side but well worth it.

Absolutely love this brand and flavor, when I need a mid day snack but don’t have time for an actual lunch or don’t want something heavy this drink is perfect! It has 42g of protein and it’s not a thick consistency like other brands I’ve tried which helps when trying to hit your daily protein intake goals. I would recommend keeping it refrigerated or you can even pour over ice. There’s no chalky smell and is very convenient for trips or to bring to work. It’s one of my most bought items on my subscriptions.

I drink these every day and absolutely love them. They’re an easy way to get 42g of protein without having to mix a powder or make a shake myself. The taste and texture are great, and they’re especially convenient when I’m busy and need something quick. I’ve tried plenty of protein drinks, and Core Power is one I continue to repurchase.

I have a bunch of weird health issues, so supplementing with one of these every day or so seems to help a lot. The biggest thing is that they taste great. The vanilla is my favorite but they all taste like straight up milkshakes. They’re delicious and filling. They make a great meal supplement. It’s way more protein than I could possibly need all at once, so I crack one in the morning and keep it in my fridge and sort of sip on it throughout the day. They have way better ingredients than similar brands and they’re so easy to grab and go when I’m sick and barely hanging in there. I know a lot of people drink them for other reasons but those are mine and that’s how they’ve helped me. Weird pro tip: if you’re short on your protein and thirsty? Pour a yummy prebiotic soda of your choice in to a big glass of ice and add a shot or two of the vanilla protein shake! My gym buddy turned me on to it, but it’s a healthier Italian soda basically! It’s actually really tasty!

Add a tap of instant coffee and it was great on the morning. Kept me full for hours. Must be cold for optimal flavor.

I really like the Core Power Elite Vanilla 42g protein shake for what it delivers nutritionally. The 42g of protein per bottle is a huge plus and makes it super convenient for post-workout recovery or when I need a quick high-protein option without mixing powders. The texture is smooth and creamy, almost like drinking milk, and it’s easy on the stomach. It definitely feels like a premium ready-to-drink shake in terms of quality and convenience. That said, the vanilla flavor is just okay—not bad, but not amazing either. It has a slightly artificial sweetness compared to a real milkshake taste, and I’ve had better-tasting protein drinks. Also, the price is on the high side, especially if you’re using it regularly. Pros: -Very high protein (42g per bottle) -Smooth, creamy texture -Convenient ready-to-drink option -Good for post-workout recovery Cons: -Vanilla flavor is average -Expensive for daily use -Can feel a bit overly sweet Overall: A great option if your priority is high protein and convenience, but the taste and price may not make it an everyday staple for everyone.

my daughter loves this she has issues keeping weight on and this helps her maintain she loves the taste and adds it to her morning coffee

Great taste and 42 grams of protein

This product was a gift to my family in England. It's my second purchase of it for my daughter who is unwell. I was very pleased to hear that she loves it and was ordering another tray of it for herself.
