Worked a charm on cherry jam
First attempt at making charry jam with Barbados cherries turned out perfect with pectin. Only gripe is that finding out how much pectin makes perfect jelly is trial and error.

Jams jell nicely after adding this pectin. It helps to reduce cooking time and better retain fruit flavors. Just need a couple of spoonfuls to get best results.
