Himalaya Pure Herbs Boswellia, Joint Support, 60 Caplets, (Pack of 2)

I love all the himalaya products....I wanted to try the boswellia to see it's effects on my various inflammations.....I don't have any joint issues so I can't speak to it's effects on arthritis or joint pain, but I did notice my breathing became fuller and cleaner without shallowness or weezing. I did not notice any beneficial effects on my skin inflammations. So in terms of inflammation reduction I can speak to an increased ease in terms of breathing and quality of breath. I had asthma as a child requiring a nebulizer leading to enlarged lungs in adolescence and had lung tumors as an adult after a bout with cancer; losing a 3rd of my lung capacity from the chemotherapy. Many of my current inflammations are the residual side effects of the chemo treatment. The boswellia specifically helps my breathing ability as for joint pain maybe time will tell :)

I decided to try this brand of Boswellia because the one I have previously relied on is no longer available. I recognized the brand from some other supplements I have taken over the years, and I trust the brand. It's a fine product, I've noticed continued relief of knee pain while taking this, so all is well. The weird thing I noticed is that each bottle has "15 DAY SUPPLY" written on the bottle. Who in the world buys supplements for 15 days? I suppose that's why this comes in a two-pack, but why wouldn't they just put the correct amount of capsules in one bottle for a one-month supply? Anyway, I don't know why this is bugging me so much, but it feels like it's on the cusp of deceptive marketing. Not because it really is deceptive, but I can't figure out any rational reason why they would do this. It also seems very wasteful.

Pain causes fatigue as anyone who has been there knows. I slept like a baby the first few times I used it and cut back to only one at a time [not two recommended] I found that aches and pains that were there everyday were suddenly gone. It is taking time on the inflamed nerves, but as I get rested the nervous activity is slowly stopping and healing has a chance. The effect is good, the pain is reducing everyday. I look forward to being active again before the end of summer - and that is saying something.

Two days after taking these Boswellia capsules I was able to take bend my injured knee and take a few steps on it without pain. This is after four months of not being able to walk. The swelling went down also. Now after two weeks I am able to begin physical therapy to restore atrophied muscles. The swelling is completely gone and I am able to bear full weight while walking around the kitchen. I was amazed at how fast the Boswellia worked! You can imagine my gratitude! I have been buying Himalaya brand products for years because they are Ayurvedic and organic and natural so I preferred them to give me the pure resin form.

I liked that the capsules come in 125 mg so I could increase or decrease the dosage. I could take one cap during the day and two at night. It immediately reduced my muscle and nerve pain and chronic muscle tension and inflammation while I was getting physical therapy for a hip misalignment and sciatica. I slept better. My stress level went down. One of the most amazing supplements I've ever taken.
