I was told the lining of my knee cap was degenerated so much it was bone-on-bone and I had to tape my knee with kenisiotape in order to walk in 2018. In 2019, I started to use CBD together with the 1000mg DHA and it kept the pain down enough not having to tape my knee so I didn't think about changing anything. However, this year, I had 3 minor surgeries and it took about two weeks for the bruises and tenderness to go away for the first two surgeries in Jan and Apr. When I was scheduled for the third surgery in early Aug, I decided to try to increase the DHA intake after surgery to see if it makes any difference. So I found this product with 2,270mg of DHA per teaspoon, as oppose to 500mg/teaspoon. So I ordered it and as soon as I got home from outpatient the same day, I started to take it 1 tsp/day. I like the orange flavor in this oil a lot less than the lemon flavor of the 500mg one. But it wasn't that bad, tolerable. At two weeks, my skin around the incisions looked healthy and no sign of bruises left. I went to two-week follow up with the surgeon.
