You can adjust it quite a bit to make it shorter or longer. It’s not very heavy duty so it doesn’t weigh a lot. I bought the tan colored and went back for the black. I’m not a belt person but have lost a bit of weight and my pants are looser in the waist so these belts are perfect. They don’t roll over or get cinched up in the back.
