We have not had occasion to use it as yet, but I heard about its amazing ability to draw and loosen congestion when I was a kid. I don't see it in stores so I recommend buying a container of it. Important to keep the lid on very very tight or it will dry out.

Put a generous slab of it on your chest, cover with towelettes, sleep with it on your body overnight, and remove the next morning. Do so again and a third time, if necessary.
