Made from thick stainless steel, it’s designed to withstand the rigors of regular use. Despite its heavy-duty construction, it feels lightweight, making it easy to handle. It has a generous size and features nice handles on both sides.The basket features small slots and offers a large surface area to accommodate larger items or quantities. The low walls ensure that veggies get a nice char, resulting in soft veggies with the good number of char marks.Maintaining stainless steel can be tricky as it can easily discolor with high heat and chemical reaction with food. Though it is not completely avoidable, with a few simple steps, you can keep this pan in top shape use after use. Preheat the pan before putting any food and lightly coat with oil to prevent sticking. After use, clean it using a cleaner like Lagostina powder or Bar Keepers. Other options are soaking it in cleaning solution or vinegar followed by scrubbing.
