I know there are reviews for a variety of products here, so I wanted to clarify that this review is for the 3 Minute Miracle "Strong" formula. I LOVE this conditioner. Here's a breakdown...HAIR TYPE -- I have very fine and fragile Caucasian hair that is color treated (box colored a darker shade). I also have micro bead Russian hair extensions, so that hair is still natural human hair, but is a little thicker in diameter than my own (in other words, I'm trying to moisturize and style both my natural and extremely fine hair AND thicker hair from an entirely different human being, lol). Thankfully the two types of hair visually blend together fairly well, but it makes choosing a conditioner a balancing act. My natural fine hair is wavy and gets very frizzy in even slight humidity and it breaks EXTREMELY easily, so damage protection is important.STYLING -- I both blow dry straighten with a round brush and occasionally curl it using heat tools (usually ceramic shell clips and a curling iron for touch ups). As a result of all these factors I've gone thru just about every kind of conditioner you can think of over the years, both high end and cheap, and including a variety of volumizing, moisturizing, and smoothing or anti-humidity formulas. I've run across my fair share of crappy ones that either aren't moisturizing enough or that really weigh your hair down with residue (a big no-no for me since my natural hair is so fine and I need some body up top).RESULTS -- I find that this conditioner is the first one I've used in YEARS that is actually highly moisturizing and leaves my hair smooth and silky feeling when I rinse it out, but without *all* of the product washing out to the point where it instantly feels dry and "squeaky" clean as if I didn't condition it at all. Although there is that little bit of slick residue left, it's not the kind that weighs it down, instead it just leaves it detangled, easy to comb out, and feeling soft and healthier. It doesn't feel goopy or greasy at all. The best way I can describe it is that it leaves my hair feeling clean, but also like I actually used a conditioner that's doing it's job, if that makes sense. While not weighing my fine hair down, this conditioner also seems heavy duty enough to satisfy the moisture needs of my thicker extensions too. I don't use it all over my scalp though, just mid-strand to ends (unless I'm doing an all-over deep condition and not planning to style my hair that day).I have zero complaints and I'm buying more now that I'm out! I'd highly recommend giving it a try if you have any of the same hair needs I've described. :)
