Mushy and sickening sweet
This gelatin has a very strange texture -- very soft, almost pudding like. The flavor (Fruit Punch) is outweithed by just its sweetness. I think I'm going back to the mix-your-own bariatric gelatins, which have a more typical firm, solid texture and more subtle sweetness.

Just what the doctor ordered!
I had surgery and needed to be on a liquid diet and at the hospital they gave me this in recovery. I am so glad I found these because they have all the protein I need. Yes, they are pricey but for the 2 weeks I will need them it was worth the price. They are tasty and I would recommend these.

Just don't... Horrible texture and flavor
So I read and ignored the bad reviews. I should have taken heed. The texture is not that of jello. Its more like a jelly or preserves. Which would be fine if it tasted good. It does NOT. Its bad. If you're of the mind that food is MERELY for fuel-- you will like this. If you want to enjoy what you ingest, you likely will not.

You can tolerate it!
I’m really big on textures so I was reluctant to try this. I got the fruit punch. The taste was like medicine but surprisingly tasty medicine. The texture was more hard to tolerate than the taste. It was like slimy jello that drink hold solid in the fridge long enough. You are going to do more slurping. It was very filling with all the protein. This are great to push you through a clear liquid diet.

Horrible Medicine Taste
Oh no. Don’t spend money on this. The taste is extremely medicinal and you have the after taste of it even if you just have a teaspoonful of it.

Good source of protein when you get bowel obstructions from multiple abdominal adhesions!
I like the flavor & protein source. Works well for me since I have multiple abdominal adhesions & get bowel obstructions.

This is NOT jello
This is not jello so if you vave your hopes set on that alone...you will be letdown. It's slimy and way to sweet for me. I gave it 3 stars because yes it has protein in it but I can't get past the other issues. Taste and texture. Plus some of my containers was leaking when I received my pkg. In the words of Randy Jackson... it's a no for me dog!
