Q: what kind of container would be good for this?

A food container with a rubber seal would be ideal.

Q: Does the powder need to be stored in the fridge once opened?

I don't think it needs refrigerating but it does need storing in someting very airtight because it forms hard clumps like damp sugar. I add a couple of silica gel packets to keep it as dry as possible. In case it's useful information, for measuring I generally add 2 tablespoons per 500ml and it tastes close to the orignial bottled drink.

Q: How big of a container would be needed for this?

A single pouch is just under 750g - so you'd want a container of at least 750ml/750g capacity. It's a very fine powder. Recommend an airtight container as it can cake up a bit if you're storing it for daily/occasional use. But still dissolves fine even if it's clumped up a bit.
