How does this compare with Ancestral?

Hi, I bought this brand mainly because it was a little less expensive. It is just as good as Ancestral, I am not loosing as much hair as I use too, not that I was going bald but I would have a handful when I took a shower, now I just have a small strand. My nails are getting stronger, I only take 3 a day not six, also I have been feeling much better also. No matter what you take, it still takes 3 months for anything to go through your whole body. They are grass fed to finish just as the other brand, like I said price was my main reason. I hope this helps you out.
