Why can I still hear myself talking even when the noise cancellation is on?

Because you're hearing your voice from your throat,to the eustachian tubes and through your skull. Noise cancellation does not work inside you.

How are these (the international version) different than the other version being sold on Amazon for $349? Are these refurbished or don’t have factory?

International version means any warranty work you need done on the headphone cannot be repaired or valid in the US.

Do these have built-in microphone for making phone calls?

Be warned these headphones don't have any built-in mute feature. You must use your phone or computer's mute options.

How does the international edition differ from non international edition?
