The s soothing cream actually worked to stop my nerve pain in my big toe.

This Product provides instant relief and lasts for several days before needing to be reapplied. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs help with their nerve pain, the seal helps to keep the gel fresh and the consistency is thick to layer the area for fast absorption in your skin. The size of the packaging seems a bit small for the price, that's the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Helped a little with my Neuropathy

I know most these things do very little if nothing at all but thought I would give it a shot based on the reviews. I'm writing this review because you can't trust reviews anymore. The reviews regarding this product has to/or must reflect those that either have extremely low if any numbness and tingling in their hands and feet and use the product for a topical B vitamin, or are employees, family, and/or friends of the manufacturer. The later has proven to be the case in most situations like this. In any event, I used the product liberally on my hands every 4 hours with zero results with the exception that the menthol actually made my hands more sensitive which amplified the tingling. NOT the result one with neuropathy is looking for. For those that do suffer as I do, keep looking, work with your Dr. and I hope you and I can find some type of relief. At the moment, the only thing that works with me is the opioids for my back. But this is obviously not a daily nor long time solution. Good luck..

Easy to use. Size is goo for 5-6 weeks putting on both legs and feet.

Does not work . As they advertise it too.
