Nutural World - Smooth Hazelnut butter (170g) - 100% Pure/Single Ingredient - Great Taste Award winner

Very disappointed in this hazelnut butter. Firstly there is no seal and oil had leaked out in the packaging. Thought this would make it too stiff, boy was I wrong! Flavour is great but it was basically liquid, actually pourable, dread to think what the texture would have been if some of the liquid hadn’t leaked! Wouldn’t buy again as it’s definitely not a nut butter more a pouring sauce. Would not recommend

Unlike the 1 Kg version which was fantastic, this bottled small version was disappointing, runny, not usable. I will never by the small bottle version, but I don’t understand why the 1kg ALMOND version can be so much better than the small Hazelnut one. Less oil would improve the product. Maybe the oil could be sold separately as a salad dressing?

The first time I ordered this the whole parcel came damaged and the nut butter had leaked through the cardboard. A replacement was sent, and the nut butter seal was broken, again the nut butter had leaked but this time I was not able to get a replacement. I can’t use the butter as I’ve no idea how long the seal has been broken (that and there’s not much left in it). Very disappointing - I won’t be buying this brand again.

Seal under lid was broken and contents looked and smelt funny with white dots in the butter. No way of returning

Jar seal had been partially removed. Also has chunks of hazelnut in it rather than a fully smooth paste. Their macadamia nut version isn't smooth either.

It's not smooth despite the name. Won't be buying again. When raised this with the seller they tried to convince me that this gritty hazelnut butter is smooth. Low quality behaviour.

I bought this as I thought it would be a treat, having just opened it I find I have a jar of runny oil with hazel nut mixed in, I tried stirring it for a good 5 mnts, in the end tipped it down the drain and that was no problem as it ran out the jar.

I bought 4 nut butters, only hazelnut butter came unscrewed and unsealed leaking into bubble bag it was in. I requested refund but no coms from Amazon or Nutural World.

Excellent delicious natural hazelnut butter. I recommend.

Came with lid opened for the second time and oily everywhere. The first time we thought it was just unfortunate incident. Now I read similar comments. We had to discard again. I do not recommend risking it.
