Very Sturdy. Would Recoomend

When I received this box of elastic band, it was thicker and narrower than what I had used in physical therapy so I didn't think it would work. As it turned out, it works great and I think the thickness will make it less likely to break or tear. I am very happy with it.

I ;purchase this for my YMCA barre class. Easy to cut into desired lengths and they’re practically in breakable. Strong material that lasts. Right amount of stretch.

This is an excellent cost-effective way of having exercise bands at home. The quality is top notch. Shipping was pretty quick too. As an added bonus, I got injured and need to keep pressure on my hip. This turns out to be a great band for that.

easy to make into loops

I've been using various textures of thera-band for decades, but this is the first time I've tried the "non-latex" professional version. It's only been a week but I can say I am very happy with the quality. The grip seems to be better than the latex products but I can't honestly say whether one type will last longer than the other. I do manage to get several months out of each "latex" strip I have used in the past although the mild resistance bands, (yellow and red) may wear down a little faster than the green and blue. The thera-band exercises I follow for my shoulder over these many years (provided by a licensed professional physical therapist) have enabled me to overcome surgical procedures on both my shoulders and I continue to play baseball at the ripe old age of 70. I'm talkin baseball........not softball. (No knock against softball players. I've played my share of games on that diamond as well)

I bought the roll to use for a group Pilates class. I cut it into 170am strips; a length that well suits all the exercises I teach and leaves a little extra room to wrap the TheraBand around the palms of the hands to get a better grip. I ended up with 14 bands (two of which were a little shorter). I've been in the industry a long time and have used many brands but this is my favourite. The feel of the band is not slippery yet not over-rubbery either. It's adaptable and great for a range of levels from beginner to advanced. It depends on individual preferences and needs, however, in my opinion, if you are looking to purchase one colour only for persons or classes of mixed abilities I would suggest blue is the ideal colour. One group of students who use my TheraBand strips participate in beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates classes. The other group are elite dance students who have a rigorous training schedule and are very strong and flexible.
