I have frequent headaches from poor posture, so I was keen to try and correct it. It helps to have a brace that forces you to keep correct posture, so that when you remove it, you know what's a good posture to hold.The brace itself is quite strong, and very adjustable. I was able to get it to fit snugly on my small frame without much effort. It is quite strong as well and I wear it when I'm home and working on my computer or even when I do push-ups to help me keep the stress off my neck. There are velcro-adjustable straps. The brace is comfortable around the back, and is made of material that wicks away sweat as well. The only small problem is that it sometimes chafes under the armpits, but that can be corrected if you adjust the straps so that it's a perfect fit.
