I use 2 packets per cup of tea and I usually have 2 cups each morning. That is 4 packets a day. I like the quantity and the price. They save on packaging by the packets are a little smaller but the same measure as a regular packet. The box is plain, not their normal box, but it seems it allows it to cost less and less trash and ptinting on the box.

Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener has been the best alternative to real sugar for me. It adds the sweetness I want without the calories or worrying about spiking my blood sugar. The taste is clean and not overly artificial, and it dissolves well in coffee, tea, and other drinks. A little goes a long way, so the box lasts quite a while. This is my favorite go-to sugar substitute. It sweetens like sugar. It does not have a bitter after taste. I use it for my coffee. The way it is packaged takes out the guess work when adding sugar to my coffee. It blends well in my beverage. It does not take much. I've checked with other vendors to see if I could get a better price (as it has risen about $6.00 since my first purchase). So far, Amazon has the best price. I've added this to my subscriptions.

I am a severe hypoglycemic, and I cannot have a lot of sugar. This is the ONLY alternative that does not have an awful aftertaste and actually tastes a little sweeter than sugar. One packet, I believe, is equivalent to 1.5 teaspoons of regular sugar. I have a "Truvia" little zipper bag that came as a surprise in one box a long time ago, and I use it to put the packets in my purse, so I always have them. I mix these in anything needed sugar, from coffee, unsweetened iced teas, etc. I use them in restaurants too (Since most only offer Equal, Splenda, etc.) The gains are very similar to granulated sugar and are easy to mix in. For ladies, a simple change purse can hold a lot of packets in your purse! Super easy to take them on the go. My husband even keeps two in his wallet (he's a diabetic). This box lasts for quite some time! I absolutely recommend it as one of the best substitutes because of how sweet it is! (I love sweet things, and again, this is the only sweetener that closely tastes like sugar!)

This is not as bitter as some sweeteners. It doesn't leave a terrible after taste.

I like these shape package better than the thin tube shape. It's probably in my head but I feel like you get more in the squares. The product itself is best for me being a diabetic and it meets my needs, better than white sugar.

This is my favorite heathy sweetener. Also low glycemic.
