You'll need to know at least slightly what you're doing. This unit needs assembly on arrival (just the tap system part). It's not difficult, but setting up hose systems is a bit of a pain. Also, mine was short the screws for the top rail... It's not critical, but I would have liked to use them. Besides that? It holds temp and dispenses like a champ!

Looks good, works as expected, and easy to setup. Already gone through a keg with it and no issues. If you didn't know, most good auto parts stores, like Napa, will swap CO2 bottles so you don't have to go to some beer place for it or directly to a compressed gas specialty shop. When you set the CO2 keg pressure, remember to draw a couple of glasses of beer and then adjust again to make sure you got it. Super easy to adjust, but you have to make sure it's good after a few as it's not a one and done thing. Bottoms Up!

I was replacing an older Danby unit so needed one with the same hole measurement as the tower is mounted to the counter top. The dimensions listed and in some of the comments are not quite right. I did receive confirmation from Danby on the hole placement within a day of sending an email to their support site. I ordered the unit from VM Express. It came a day ahead of time. It is shipped in the original Danby box and arrived without any damage. All components were securely packed and wrapped within the unit. I did notice when fedex delivered, it was on its side so it is important to leave upright for 12 or more hours before you plug it in to allow the compressor fluid to resettle. I upgraded to a double tower in the picture as I had spare parts from the previous model. Also added active cooling fan to the back since there is now a metal grid protecting the compressor. All in all all seems good. The only small thing is there is no internal tower cooling fan but can be added. Also the beer hose connector to the tower supplied is factory sealed so if you need to replace the connector -you have to cut that off. Would rather have the hose and barb connectors to allow more flexibility. I also purchased some fridge thermometers to place inside the unit to help get the temperature setting correct. I am happy with my purchase.

Looks beautiful...but works like crap

CyberSavings did a great job with getting this product to us. It was lost in the first shipment and they sent a replacement right away. It was easy to assemble and works great. The customer service of the seller was top notch.

I have this with two 1/6 barrel kegs in it. It will only cool them down to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This is great for a cool beer, but not a cold beer. I wouldn't buy this again.

The actual beer dispensing handle portion spewed beer all over and made a mess. I had to go to the liquor store to rent a stand pump and dispenser. This was a complete disaster and I want them to ship be a new tower and handle/dispenser assembly.. I bought this for a wedding reception and it turned into a complete disaster. I put it together properly sand the thing failed right out of the box. I lost most of a keg and several of the guests were covered in beer when they tried to use the tap. I demand a new one that works!!!

The kegerator is working flawlessly. It is an economical choice over buying bottles or cans and having to recycle or otherwise dispose of the containers. Continues to work well on a daily basis!

Arrived with a dent on the front bottom of door. But works good. Beer is cold, and dispenses perfect

Fridge works ok, but the regulator did not work ,had to purchase another one $130.00

Hubby and friends love this ! Great price, works well. Easy to set up.

I would give it 5 but the valve on the CO2 bottle contains lead and they will not fill it in Canada. I had to purchase a new canister which was another $60 (plus CO2). Better to not provide the canister and reduce the price or , better yet, proved a valve on the canister that does not contain lead.

We have been using it for a few months. Not bad. The C02 regulator is low quality. Replace the plastic beer line with a longer one and one with a low diameter to minimize foaming.
