It did work however and reduced my estrogen level. I’m currently estrogen dominant. I can already see this decreasing inflammation in my body, I’ve lost some water weight too. This did cause me to start my period 4 days early which never happens. It has helped to decrease the pain I’ve been feeling in my breast and reduce the swelling there too. So far, so good! Be sure to pair this with a diet that suits your macro type for best effects.
