I'd been taking a couple of Estroven products for my many menopause symptoms (now in their sixth year...), and swapped one of them out for another Estroven formulation - and my symptoms all came back. So I looked at all of the ingredients and figured out that the one that was now missing was rhubarb. Estroven is pricey (but good), and I decided to try replacing this one ingredient and gave these a try. I didn't expect a miracle "instant" fix, but I've been taking these for a month now and I'm definitely back on track! Hot flashes and night sweats are much improved (again), and these capsules seem to have turned the tide. I'm combining these with Estroven's Mood Boost and their Complete + Ashwagandha and have restored my balance - but it did take time and patience. Give these 3-4 weeks of daily dosing to see if they work for you. The only downside for me is: gelatin capsules. I have a hard time with larger capsules like these, and would love a smaller, non-gelatin-capsule format for them. Still, a few gaggy "didn't quite go down" spells are totally worth it for this menopocalypse sufferer! Will likely be taking these until I shuffle off this mortal coil, the way this is going - hopefully they will work for you, too! They're an excellent value.

I continue to take one a day even when I cannot say it is, or is not, making a difference in my health. Mainly, I trust the brand Vitamins Because You're Worth It. I have spent years, and will continue to spend years, on searching for and using products, food, vitamins, clothing, bedding, etc;, that create and support optimal health and beauty. On a side note: I learned how to muscle test from a neurologist years ago. (There are tutorials on youtube by doctors on how to muscle test.) I muscle test every single vitamin I put in my mouth. Vitamins Because You're Worth It Siberian Rhubarb has always tested healthful and great to use.

A reviewer is correct in stating this is not Siberian rhubarb-- the ingredients list clearly shows it is Chinese rhubarb but it worked for me. I wasn't having true hot flashes but hot flushes on one side of my head due to another issue and this even helped with those. I stopped taking them for a while when things got better. Now I'm in true menopause territory and have discovered that it is a HOT ZONE-- about to spontaneously combust every 28 days on the dot (post hysterectomy); so I started back taking these and I cooled down again. Research shows that Chinese rhubarb helps with hot flashes but Siberian rhubarb helps with hot flashes as well as other symptoms so maybe that explains it. Had to take away a star for misleading label.

This is not Siberian rhubarb. This is Chinese rhubarb! I bought this as a cheaper alternative to Estroven complete and wondered why my hot flashes came back. Checked the ingredients and sure enough, this supplement is Rheum Officinale (Chinese rhubarb) not Rheum rhaponticum (Siberian rhubarb) the active ingredient in Estroven complete. I'm back on Estroven and my hot flashes are diminishing. What an aggravating waste of money (its not returnable) and very a dishonest manufacturer. Chinese rhubarb does not have estrogenic effects, which is why it doesn't work for hot flashes.

Works GREAT! I had been using Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom and it worked great for me. But once realizing it only contained 1 ingredient, Rhubarb extract, I decided to try this instead. Much cheaper and works just as well if not better. My only menopause symptom was Hot Flashes and with this product I do not have them anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had not slept in days, with the hot flashes. I was so tired and scared that the lack of rest would lead me to gain weight and inflammation. Ordered this after listening to Barbara Hoffman on YouTube, and she was 💯 % right!! It arrived the very next day that I placed the order. Like at at 1pm, I went to bed like at 11pm but I was already SUPER sleepy, didn't wake up until 5am!! I couldn't believe it, no hot flashes!!! This stuff works! I have been so alert today because I slept so well, I can't wait to see how my inflammation does now that I'm getting rest and my cortisol will not be so spiked fo lack of sleep.

Love the price and after 2 weeks my hot flashes diminished and a month later, completely gone. I do notice when I miss a day. I feel a tiny face-flush. Also, my cycle has become more regular and my husband is happier for many reasons😂.
