My pediatrist has suggested making sure my shoes had an insert with support. I've used the ones from CVS/Walgreen's but this one got great reviews so I tried it. It is very firm. You'll stick it in your shoe and try to find my review so you can yell at me- but give it a day or two. Make sure the hump part is hitting your foot's arch and be patient. One foot isnworse than the other in terms of the arch, its so bad I began to ahev severe knee problems. Thank God for google and asking questions, I found out about products like these. I chose this one because it was the most reasonably priced. It is very good quality and well made and yes after three tries quite comfty and had made a difference in my foot comfort. No more irritating pain in my foot or knee ... I do love a good long walk. It is my advice to take the original soles from your shoe that was my first initial mistake. Im on to my second pair. But, once they've gone for a bit of a walk, they were very comfortable. There is a lot of support, where I need it (have had plantar's fasciitis).
