This is the best for all day energy. I turned my wife and boss on to this and now they can't live without it. Don't take more than 1 a day more than that and you won't sleep that night....no jitters no crashes.

Love these energy packets, we go through a couple each day and love the flavor! We normally mix them with juices and green tea for a refreshing energy drink and they dissolve well. Sugar free means our diabetic friends are able to enjoy them as well! We also notice it maintains our energy levels throughout the day without highs and lows. As far as these “bad” packets I keep seeing mention of, I can genuinely say I’ve never thrown one out, even the “rock hard” ones. I’ve always been able to massage on the sides and break it up before opening the packet to mix with my drink. It’s like packed brown sugar, and breaks up very easily. It’s up to you if you “trust” it, but ingredients settling and hardening together is very common and I haven’t experienced issues from using these packets.

This is by far my husband's favorite flavor of these drink packets. When I found out I could buy just the flavor we wanted rather than the variety pack, I was happy! The flavor is somewhat like lemonade. It isn't too sweet, and there is a little fizz. I like the small amount of fizz, but my husband says he does not. He rather have the fizz be all out, like a soda, or none at all. To each their own.

This has really helped with the leg cramps since we started the KETO diet. I have replaced one of my cups of coffee in the morning with one of these. Great for taking with you on road trips or adventures to add to your bottled water. Good pick me up for after exercise or while playing golf.

Absolutely love the taste of this (very reminiscent of Mountain Dew, especially when mixed with Nature’s Twist sugar free lemonade instead of water), but at least 1/3 of the packets in the last box I bought were nearly rock solid and unusable, like they had been exposed to moisture, which is confusing given that they are individually packaged - hence not giving these 5 stars. Worth noting, these do have 200mg caffeine. I did not pay attention to that fact until I was on a 5 day trip and developed a persistent headache which I figured out was from caffeine withdrawal!
