Are they too small for thick hair/an adult? Do they come in bigger sizes?

This rubber is good, it is not too small but now currently large size is not available ,I hope it cough thick hair.

How stretchy are they?

They are pretty stretchy… we use them for hair and my daughter has thick hair and I can tie around multiple times… hope this helps.
