Thick, absorbent, durable
Thick with smooth rounded edges. Fits my over-size mugs. Nice.

These are nice cork coasters.
These are nice cork coasters. There is not much else to say other than they are nice cork coasters. Did I mention they are made of cork? Also, they are coasters. I placed a coffee mug on one and it did not shatter. I consider them quite sturdy as a result.

Look nicer than expected; perfectly functional
There's no reason you'd need any coaster other than these. I was concerned they'd look cheap but they really don't; they just look very unobtrusive. They're sturdy, absorbent, and soft so they won't scratch your table. I was tired of ceramic ones that scratch your table and drip liquid, leather ones that are slippery or stick to they drink, and all the fancy ones that don't function as well as common sense cork. These get the job done really well without drawing attention and they're so inexpensive you don't have to worry about them if anything happens like if they get lost or break.

Not bad
Not as thick as I was thinking but that is my fault, not the coaster's. Got these to laser engrave designs on and they work just like they should.

They work.
I use these to collect moisture under my small potted plants. Occasionally, I put 3 or more together to use as a hot pad on my serving console. They work well in both applications. Only because of a color clash, I do not use them as drink coasters.

When they are first used, they don't absorb right away, but after a week of use or so they absorb as expected as cork coasters go.
