Worked for me!!
First I have received no payment or product for this review. I don't usually leave reviews but feel I need to for this product as I can walk normally again. I've never had foot problems prior to this but walked 11+ miles one day around the city as I was supporting a family member running the Philly marathon. Shortly after that day my pain started. I started having significant heel pain (plantar fasciitis) and it wasn't getting any better. I am on my feet a good amount during the day and also walk a couple of miles each day easy. The pain was getting to the point that I could not walk normally and something needed to be done. I ordered the insole PF arch supports from the major US foot people. No luck there! I used them for less than a week as it made no difference at all. (Pro tip - If you go this route for the ones that offer a money back guarantee be sure to save your packaging esp. the UPC bar code. Without this you'll be out of luck trying to get your money back if they don't work for you. Ask me how I know...) Next I ordered one of the PF bundles on Amazon. Foot stretching adjustable splint, spikey ball, and arch support bands. From the research I was doing my hope was that the stretcher was going to be my ticket to being pain free. First the spikey ball just plain hurt to use. Tossed that thing to the dog! The foot splint didn't really help. I just can't sleep with that thing on my foot. I inevitably would tear it off in the middle of the night and just hobble around the next day. Since this kit also came with the arch support bands I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave them a try. This DID provide some relief so I started to wear it continuously. After a couple of weeks it started to stretch out and the arch support wasn't quite what I needed. I went back to Amazon and found the Vive Arch Support Brace bands. I can't stress enough how well these worked for me. I first tried the Large gel insert and that was too much for me. I shifted to the medium and that was perfect. I used this configuration for over a month and since I was feeling significantly better I stepped down to the Small gel insert. I used this for the next month or so and was seeing continual improvement. Improvement to the point where there were days where I wouldn't even think about my foot at all. I then started using the band with no insert at all and am now to the point where I use it depending on how much walking I'll be doing on any given day. I've even walked the dog (usually 2~3 miles) a couple of times this past week with no brace and no pain. I still try and stretch my foot each morning before I get going and that also helps at this point. I has been a 8+ month journey for me and I'm still not back to normal yet but this is a huge improvement from earlier this year where I felt like I would never be able to walk pain free again which was very demoralizing as I like to hike etc. I would recommend the Vive Arch Support Brace to anyone who is suffering with PF. I used these initially even during the summer walking around the house. I just put it on and then put a sock over it since going barefoot was so uncomfortable. Basically if I was on my feet I had this on my foot. I scaled it back stepping down from the Med. to the Sm. gel over the course of 4~6 weeks each and have gotten to today. I plan on still using it selectively and hope to have this beat in the next couple of months. Its been a journey but I see the light at the end of the tunnel. The Vive Arch Support Brace has held up well and I have had no issues using it fitting into sneakers, shoes, boots etc. One pair of sneakers I have are pretty snug and I was able to use these even with those. Actually my foot probably felt the best with these as it was so snug and supportive. I usually wash them off in the sink once a week so they don't get too gross but so far so good... Best of luck and if you give these a try hopefully they work as well for you as they did for me.

Instant relief, some irritation
So this is not my first rodeo with plantar fasciitis: Stretching, ice, stretching, Ibuprofen, stretching, insoles, stretching, etc... While visiting my adult daughter she suggested I try her arch supports. (Not this brand) Wow, I got instant relief! Pain was not totally gone, but I could walk without limping and making those little grunting pain noises. At times I forgot I had foot pain. I could not find that brand, but these work great. As another reviewer mentioned, a little direction would have been good. I started out with the biggest insert but quickly found out that was too much so I back it up to the middle size. My only "complaint" is that I need to wear socks while the brace is on. This makes it even more bulky to wear with shoes. (A few pair of shoes I cannot wear when the brace is on...which is pretty much all the time!). When I wore sandals I left it off and the skin across the top of my foot was very irritated. There is still pain from the plantar fasciitis but because it is so minimized, I have not been doing my stretching as regularly. That is MY problem, not the product's! LOL I've only had these for about a month so I can't comment on the durability of the product.

Effective and helpful
My wife was helped tremendously by this product. She received 2 foot straps with 6 gel discs (2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large that were already in the straps). The gel discs can be interchanged and inserted in the pocket of the foot strap. She started with the small-sized gel disc and said that she could feel the difference. The gel disc really provided adequate arch support while wearing her sandals. And although there is no instruction on how to wear it, she found some Amazon reviewers have been kind to share. So here they are as well: (1) Open the strap and lay it flat on the floor; (2) Ensure that the gel disc pocket takes the form of a letter D; (3) Position your foot over it ensuring that your arch is above it before strapping it around your foot. The strap can be easily adjusted anytime, but it stays put all day. There's a little bit of sweating that happens when worn all day, but it's insignificant. My wife has worn it in conjunction with a night foot support and an orthotic shoe support (for going out on errands). This product has been a catalyst for her in managing her plantar fasciitis pain. She highly recommends it.

Comfortable but hard to keep clean
I like these supports and they’re really comfortable. However, they’re impossible to keep clean.

Works great!!
I have a history of plantar fasciitis. Last time, a few years ago, I tried everything. I used craps, insoles, special shoes etc etc. it took several months to be able to walk without limping in excruciating pain. This time, I started feeling the pain and knew I had to do something different. I found this product and all the reviews convinced me to give it a try! I am sooooo glad I did!!!!! These are easily adjustable and simple to use! The first few days, my affection ted foot was pretty painful with the product on. It hurt a little bit more to walk. I tried to rest my foot as much as possible or, but wore these all day! After a few days, my foot no longer hurt with the product on and walking with them was painless! I took it off prematurely though as my foot started hurting again after walking without it for a day. I have been wearing it for about 3 weeks now consistently. I have not worn it the past few days to see if it has helped.... and my foot feels 100% better!!! finally!!! (Beats the several months of pain I have had in the past)! I will continue to wear on any long walks, shopping etc, but I am soooo happy with the progress!!!! Def worth the buy!

Works great for a couple issues.
These are a fine quality arch support/strap. Not only can you adjust the Velcro closure to fit around your foot, but there are three silicone inserts for that custom-fit. Over the years, I've had an issue forming in my arch that effects my knee. Because all the nerves in your body go down into your feet, I ascertained that the problem with my knee, probably is agitated by a nerve ending in the arch. I was correct. I started wearing the highest support on my left arch, because I have high arches. Just within a couple days, the nerve that is on the inside area of my knee showed great improvement. I had no more knee throbbing pain at night that would wake me up either, as I wear the support at night and even lying down it presses on the nerve in questions. If you are having any leg-related nerve pain, especially your knees, it's worth trying these arch straps. I'm buying a 2nd pair in another color for when I work in the gardens. It's not a 100% fix, but a definite improvement.

Quality foot brace that works for me
I need arch support for both my feet these work very well. They are breathable and easy to wash. They fit me comfortably. The velcro does wear out. I'm on my second pair.

One of the best for hurting arches!!!!!
I started having severe foot pain near my arch after over 20 years. I tried new shoes, new inserts and nothing helped. I tried a different brand of these and they did nothing but cut off my circulation. I tried this brand and total game changer. I could walk through my house with only these on and my arches did not hurt at all. They stay in place all day until I take them off. I wear these under my socks with my shoes while at work and my feet don't hurt. I ordered a second pair to have as back up.
