I bought this to log back into my Mac Mini after my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard lost their pairing with the computer and I could get not them to re-connect in any way.Pros:1. It worked right away from the lock screen just by plugging it into the USB port and I was able to sign-in to my Mac after 5 days of being locked out of it.2. The keyboard is really premium & classy, just like an Apple keyboard, but at less than half the price.3. The key travel is good (more than 1mm) and I got used to it easily. The key material and shape are also nice.4. The inclusion of a couple of USB ports on the keyboard is a bonus feature and I use my USB mouse through one of those ports.5. The shortcut keys at the top are also useful.6. One year of extended warranty is available from Macally if you register the product on their website within 14 days of receiving it.Cons:1. The Caps-lock light doesn’t work. But that is a small problem since you can always see on your screen whether you’re typing in Caps and MacOS displays a Caps-lock symbol next to a password field whenever it is on.2. The USB cable could be a little longer, like it is on their mouse.3. The keyboard is a bit heavy, but that adds stability to its location on a desk.

I'd been needing a new board for some time for my Mac mini. I'm tech challenged, wasn't sure what to get.Asked the guy who got my Mac up & running for me. Model he recommended looked nice but discovered it didn't have any ports on it. I'm a wired kind of guy, wanted a board I could plug my mouse into. Searched around and found this Macally model, perfect. Two ports on back and made of metal rather than cheap plastic, feels good and solid. Nice color contrast between the silver board and white keys with what appears to be gray lettering. Good service, received in just under a week after ordering.

I don't go through keyboards at a crazy rate, but every 2-3 years, I've pounded as many words as one can expect. Macally has always made decent peripherals with good value, and I was actually replacing an older Macally keyboard for my Mac mini with this newer model. As you'd expect using a Mac, it plugged into a USB jack and worked immediately. I will add that its keys are nice and quiet. The design is streamlined and yet has full functionality, with the keys still being easy to access. I'm working on keyboards like this 12+ hours every day, and I'd definitely recommend this one.

Since I've had good experience with other keyboards from Macally, my latest acquisition continues the vibe and delivery from my Prime account was overnight. Very Satisfied!

This wired keyboard has a great feel, & it looks & works perfectly! I am using it on an iMac, and my wife and I are very happy with its operation. We both love the intregal dedicated number keypad, & all the iMac dedicated keys work perfectly!Apple Support suggested that I purchase or borrow a wired keyboard, as one was necessary to restart the computer & get into the Safe mode to correct an issue (you can't do it with a wireless keyboard, as it won't function until the computer boots up & recognizes it, & by then, you've missed the gateway to get into Safe mode). As the price was very reasonable, along with all the features, I decided to just buy this one.My wife (who was a junior high school secretary) & I both love the keyboard! We like it so much that we just left it attached & are no longer using the Apple wireless keyboard! The (2) extra USB ports on the keyboard are very convenient for briefly attaching & removing external devices!My only complaint is that the Caps Lock light (letting you know that the Caps Lock is on) is at the top/right of the keyboard, & not by the Cap Lock button, as I'm used to; but that is a minor issue.

Use for home use. It is great. A little different feel than my Apple one had for 10 years and keys were starting to quit working. Did take the tops off and try to clean to no avail - therefore - new keyboard. Loving the shortcuts. Just have to learn all of them. I am definitely a fan of the two delete keys. Had those previously and one thing I looked for. Plus, love having the Usb ports. My other was a little higher at the top and think I liked that better than basically flat. But, think I can take are of that. Overall - very nice keyboard and delivery was right on time. Hope I don't need another for a good while.
