Delicious, almost like pasta!
The consistency is not like pasta, really. It is a little grainy, but it's NOT slimey like zoodles. They don't taste much different than regular pasta, and I absolutely Love this product and will be ordering more. Decent substitute
These are a pretty decent substitute for pasta when you're trying to avoid carbs. They have a very different texture and they definitely taste like they're made out of beans though...

Misleading advertising
While I enjoy this pasta I don't understand the inconsistencies in the ad. The front of the box says 25 calories, the back says 45 per serving and 6 servings per box, so 270 calories per box! The ad says made with pea protein and mulberry leaf, but the box says only konjac, tapioca and oat flour. Can somebody please explain this in a satisfactory manner? Esp. the calories thing.

Soybean pasta is a winner
The Soybean is a winner. Almost like eating real pasta just tastes undercooked. Super filling. The next time I will order soybean instead of the combo pack.

Following the instructions it is a perfect al dente consistency, tastes great and is a near guilt free alternative to pasta. It would be a 5 if the price was a little lower. I understand that they are made from shirataki mushrooms which makes it more expensive but one wonders if there was competition, how much would the price drop.

Love the Liviva dried shirataki spaghetti. It doesn't send the blood sugar up which is great for diabetics.

Comes dry which i really like because it doesnt have the chance to spoil in transportation. Also texture is more like Shanghai noodles, not spaghetti but still very good considering such low calories. Definitely a good substitution if youre dieting.

Bravo, I usually didn't like Shirataki noodles because of their sloppy texture but you guys nailed it. I wouldn't know it was shirataki noodles if I didnt cook the pasta myself. Great work, thank you

Tastes fine, it’s just a little rubbery. But this is an excellent alternative for pasta. I will get more in the future.
