Great product
So much better than the plastic ones which came with the pans

All metal handles
I own several sets of Cristel handles as, sometimes and although you can swap them around, I find that I need more than one lot. These are entirely made of metal and very smart. They are not cheap but it is to be expected since they match expensive pans and the quality is superb. I could not find them on French or UK sites so was happy to find them on Amazon.com

These handles make possible the 'oven to table' service that is rare in cookware. Solid reliable design.

Almost perfect
These are very heavy and solid metal handles. They click into place and are very easy to use. For some reason they get stuck on one of my pans so I will reach our to the company soon to see if its an issue with my pan or the handles. These are a much better alternative overall to the plastic version.
