I originally was looking for just a mouse pad when I happened across this.This not only serves as a mouse pad but protects a large portion of my glass top desk from scratches or spills, since it is waterproof. It is reversible, so you can choose the feel you like best - kind of a suede feel on one side and smoother on the other side. This is precisely the form factor I was looking for, and it's ideal for a small desk. Cost is also very reasonable.Cons: The description specifically says no unpleasant smell, but I had to leave it outside for a solid day to get most of the stink out. It's a very pretty blue color, and it's not awful. But it's not great.
