I love these things they fit around my big fat legs and they work great I get tight calfs and this helps reduce the swelling

I got so sick and tired of having to hold an ice pack to my shins or using the “Dixie cup ice trick” on my shins. I can easily strap these to my shins, they form around the shin, and stay on! Easy to ice for 20 mins then throw back in the freezer. Havnt used the heat feature and don’t really plan to, but as for the cold application it’s awesome. I read some reviews that the ice application wasn’t cold enough and was worried about that but that is not that case what so ever. Must buy if you have shin splints!!!

I have shin splints and was putting my feet up with an ice pick carefully balanced before. Overall pretty pleased, but a couple of improvement suggestions Positives + Cheap + folds up small, easy to store away, especially when freezer space is limited + definitely relieves the shin splints pain I get + stays up pretty well, so I can still walk around and do stuff + holds its coldness for a good ten minutes Negative/ improvements - the velcro sharp part points into the leg, would be better to have it pointing out. If you don’t perfectly align the straps, it can be quite painful - sharp edges to velcro steals. Slightly different to above. The perimeter of Velcro straps should have rounded corners as they are currently quite sharp - they drip. After 10 minutes the frozen condensation that builds up on the packs melts and drips off.

Works well

Great purchase! The shin ice packs are easily adjustable with very clear instructions on how to use them. The ice packs also do not move down or fall off with movement.

Things to note: - They are cold for 10-20min maximum and then you have to put them back in the freezer. - They sweat down your legs when melting. I think 10-20 minutes of cold is recommended by doctors though. But personally, I wish they’d be colder for longer. They’re still wonderfully convenient and helped a bunch. You can just wear them anywhere! I don’t have shin splints anymore, but they’re just nice to have even now.

The perfect way to ice your shins. The straps hold them on as well as provides some pressure so the cold penetrates. They freeze well and can still be manipulated.

Order came fast, adjustable but takes time to freeze. Heating is quicker but also needs to lay flat in microwave to evenly distribute heat. Ice packs work the same.
