Fabulous customer service and great product
This is a very well made product and looks lovely in the garde. I had to return mine as I ordered the wrong size in error and I have to say, the customer service from this company is outstanding. Perfect!
Really pleased with the garden sail. Strong and well made. Easy to fiit with no slack when erected. Looks perfect above my Ketler patio furniture.

Not the best!
After reading reviews I opted for this sun shade. I should have taken more notice of the description. It's made of a weave type polyester with holes so I cant imagine it is waterproof at all although not used as yet! Wouldn't have bought if I had read the info properly.

Good
I wish I could iron this! It does the job OK, but is very screwed up from packaging... and wont stretch out at all to become unwrinkled! So it doesn't look very attractive when in place, but does give shade.

Great Product
I haven't yet managed to install this product as I'm waiting to have posts set into the ground, but i am very happy with the quality of this product. It's nice and thick yet it doesn't weigh a lot. It looks and feels well made. It will make a stunning addition to the garden to shade the hot tub.

gives plenty of shade.
It stretched and we had to tighten 3 times but it is good now. It would be better if all sides were straight rather than 2 curved and I would not mind paying a little more for this.

Looks great
Arrived on time and well packaged. Great colour and good tough quality material. Have secured it above patio area, looks great, have had lots of great comments. Would recommend.

Brilliant quality sail.
A super quality product. The woven aspect gave it a better look & feel & made it stronger. Unfortunately we have requested to return it as it doesn't work for the area we wanted it for, which is such a shame.
