Really good buffing scrub
I saw a girl showcasing this on YouTube for help with her acne and it works very well. A great exfoliator!

Avoid if you have sensitive skin, and even then it doesn't clean well
I rarely write reviews, but when I saw this on Amazon I had to review it. I got this cream as a gift for my acne. I was told by my friend it is great. I beg to differ. All it did was give me a slight rash and not work. I would have dealt with the slight rash had it worked and cleared up my skin. It didn't. Used it for over a week and nothing. It's snake oil.
