It has everything you need! I purchased this along with some emesis bags and other items to create a "morning-sickness" kit. The essential oil roller is pleasant and not too strong. The ginger candies are not my favorite but I think I personally don't care for ginger. The bands come with this really cute carrying case so that they don't get lost in your bag. Great value and good addition to any moderately-crunchy pregnant-person's bag.

I bought this to help with my morning sickness. The band works a little, I think, but I can't wear it all day or it becomes uncomfortable. The roller doesn't seem to work at all. I was looking forward to the lozenges but when they arrived I realized that they use an artificial sweetener instead of a natural alternative like stevia. Your not supposed to have artificial sweeteners during pregnancy and even when I'm not pregnant they give me migraines.

It helped me a lot. The scent spray is the best for nausea.

Only useful thing in the kit for me was the bands. The oil didn't help me...ended up buying straight up peppermint oil and constantly smelling that. The ginger candy upset my stomach..so that didn't help either. :/

They are easy to wear are sleek enough to not be too noticeable. Whether is be for you or for a gift I can say this is a great choice!

Very unfortunate nothing from this package helped my wife. I bought this trying to be the thoughtful husband as I watch my wife complain about nausea. BEWARE my wife isn't a big women by any stretch and the wristband look like it meant for a child. It's uncomfortably tight so if it could have worked no chance was given due to it not being wearable. Total Waste!!!!

I have had the worse week in my whole life (im in week 7 now) and I put the wrists on and 5 minutes later felt like a human again. Its been 3 good hours. I hope this feeling stays. The money was already worth it for this couple of hours 😂
