I've used it several times now for cooking non-microwaveable pizza. Just heat it up (without the lid) for a minute and it gives that oven pizza a nice crisp crust in your microwave. I haven't found a use for the lid yet so I wish it were sold without the lid. I'm sure that would bring down the cost considerably. Cleans up nicely with just the wipe of a paper towel. My microwave has a microwave shield over the front door reduces leakage and increases efficiency of microwave energy inside speeding up cooking. I had to compensate for this increase by lowering the power level from the full 10 down to about 6 -7. Also I now use the sensor cooking setting on my Panasonic Inverter oven to sense steam as the food starts to boil (212°) F. This prevents over cooking and over heating the heating elements in the pan which would cause the bubbling of the covering on the bottom of the pan.
