Well today in the mobile apps world these letters are more tiny and are not ease to identify like a warning about products. I cannot imagine a cordless tool with no batteries and chargers. But have sense to understand the price when you buy it. Let do a simple math: $25 jigsaw + $36 Battery pack of 2 (no individual sale) + $19 for a charger this totalize $80 bucks. So in proportion batteries + charger has more value than the tool. If all is sale all together I did not spend my time to order it.
