I decided to order a 9 and it fits perfect. It is not too tight and has a little room. I wear my ring for weightlifting and while running. It does not cause any issue with the weight bar or ropes. It feels like there is nothing on and I have actually had to look down to make sure it was still on. Great service from this is USA small business and they know what the actual word CUSTOMER SERVICE means.
