I’ve tried quite a few instant matcha drinks and this is easily one of the nicest I’ve come across. It has a really smooth, creamy texture and a pleasant sweetness without being overly sugary. The matcha flavour is well balanced – you can actually taste it, but it’s not bitter or overpowering like some can be. It feels quite authentic for an instant mix, which surprised me. It’s very convenient as well – just add hot water and it mixes easily with no lumps. I’ve been having it as a quick alternative to coffee and it definitely hits the spot. I usually pick it up when it’s on offer for around £3 for a pack of 7, which I think is great value for how good it tastes. Pros: • Creamy and smooth texture • Sweet but not too sugary • Good matcha flavour without bitterness • Quick and easy to prepare Cons: • Best value when on offer Overall: If you enjoy matcha but don’t want the hassle (or bitterness) of traditional powders, this is a great option. I’ll definitely keep buying this.

Absolutely love this tea. One sachet makes about 3/4 mug with a full flavour, but you can add more water for a slightly weaker flavour. Overall the taste is like a sweet tea with a pleasant mild dairy flavour. If you're thinking of trying matcha then I'd definitely recommend this as a way of testing how it tastes. Then you can either progress to blending your own or stick with this easy to use instant version.

A nice balance of matcha to milk, not too sweet but not unpleasantly bitter like some other matchas, would recommend if you're looking to make something as close to what you would get in a bubble tea store.

I drink matcha latte lot - this one has the extra sweetness associate with the commecial street cafe matcha latte, but I found it had a slightly unusual aftertaste, almost like a tapioca ball/boba tea taste. Not unpleasant, just strange. Wouldn't be in a rush to buy it again, but definitely not terrible. Colour was a light green, but no creaminess or frothyness to it :(

If you don't like sweet tea this is not for you, but however I love it. It's good hot and cold. I will be buying more.

Ordered these as I've wanted to try matcha for a long time but was worried if I didn't like it then I've wasted my money in a nice coffee shop and I'd need to buy a whole new drink. So I saw these and thought I'd give them a go. As soon as they came through the door I put the kettle on! Safe to say they are lovely, sweet in flavour so if sweet is your thing then you're in for a treat! I made mine iced so it says to mix 50ml hot water with 50ml cold water, mix in the powder and then add ice - it was perfect! Not gritty, mixed well, was quite a lighter green colour so I imagine there's a fair amount of milk powder but if you have matcha powder separately you could just add more? I didn't but I thought it was lovely. I will definitely be buying more! Ps. Even my mum tasted it and I ended up giving her some sachets to take home with her! 10/10 from us!
