Perfect for what I needed it for. Great value. The taste is a bit strong but I normally mix it in a little water or juice and you can’t taste it. The ingredients are perfect.

Poke root is the strongest herb to move lymph’s. Your lymphatic system is how your body gets rid of toxins. So if you have swollen lymph nodes this oil is perfect. I massage it on affected area with castor oil or I put a couple drops in my matcha. It works great!

I used this for one week and stopped because I read that poke weed can be dangerous. As such, I fear using it for extended periods. There is no visible effects. I used it in my tea so I cannot speak on taste nor whether it is value for money. It is easy to use and I cannot say there is a visible taste nor can I say it offers pain relief. As such, I do not know it is value for money spent. I store on my fridge at work.
