can these strips be used with the Freestyle Lite meter?

I doubt it. They are made for OhCare.

I bought the full package kit, meter, lancets and strips. I am now out of testing strips and cannot find the same code that came with my kit: 126

You don't need the same code. Just re-order the strips. You should have a bottle of glucose control solution with your kit. Read the instructions for setting up your meter to use a new bottle of strips. This will reset the code to whatever is on the bottle. Do this every time you start a new bottle of strips, even if the code is the same. If you have any questions about how to set up your meter with the glucose solution call customer service and they will walk you through. It's quite simple.

Is code 51 same as code 100?

The device is auto-coded and will read the different codes. The coding is just a batching process as long as when the strip is inserted into the device it reads the correct code, you are fine to continue testing.
